Right in the heart of the Chiemgau Alps, Ruhpolding becomes the gathering place for the motorcycle community for a weekend.
RUHPOLDING
When, after two intense and successful years in Maxlrain, the greens the castle was unfortunately no longer available, we didn’t just look for a new location—we sought a place that would carry our vision forward. We found that place in Ruhpolding.
Internationally known for the Biathlon World Cups, with a rich motorcycle tradition and a genuine culture of hospitality that makes large-scale events not only possible but truly special.
Nestled in the Chiemgau Alps, surrounded by some of Europe’s most beautiful motorcycle routes.
Here, RIDE becomes what it was always meant to be: a festival that isn’t confined to a single venue—but unfolds throughout the entire town and region.
From here, you can reach legendary routes in no time—from the Berchtesgaden region to the Salzburg region and on to Tyrol.

Ruhpolding also has a long-standing motorsports tradition. The MSC Ruhpolding has been a fixture on the scene for decades, and the former speedway stadium hosted major racing events for many years.
Even though the track is no longer actively used for speedway racing, the grounds are used for motocross training and classic car meets. Events like “Route 66 goes Ruhpolding” show that motorized culture remains firmly rooted here to this day.
By the way, you’ll find a few rare motorcycles at the Schnauferstall Classic Car Museum.
If you're arriving by motorcycle, you can use the parking lot at the Ruhpolding train station. Of course, you can also park your bike in the designated parking spaces in town.

If you’re coming by car, please use the signposted public parking lots P1, P2, or P3.
